August

August has not been nearly as busy as July, and I'm grateful for that! But we still have been doing lots of things around here.

 

We had our first ER visit with Hannah. She fell into my mom's couch and smacked her head on a metal brad. She had to get three stitches. She was such a little trooper!

 We had our pictures taken for the church directory so the girls got all matchy matchy!

 

My garden has been producing like crazy, in spite of my lack of care. 

 

My longest friend had her baby boy! Emmet Hughes Pahl was born August 5th! I can't wait to meet him! 

 

We took the kids to Great Lakes Crossing on a rainy day for some new shoes. We always have to check out the fish tank in Outdoor World. 

 

Mom's group met at Central Park. 

 

Our cousins, Braden and Coby, spent the night! 

 

Anika and Everet came to play. We found face paint and painted their faces! 

 

Milford Memories was this past weekend and this was the only picture I took! 

 

Allie went to her friend Charlotte's princess themed birthday party. Boy was she excited about that! 

 

It's been such a great summer! We're heading up north this coming weekend for a short trip. Then we will take a short camping trip in September. But we are content to enjoy the last three weeks of summer before school starts!
